Creating your account
There are two ways to have an account with Maxihost. The first is by placing an order from the pricing page.
By selecting the chosen server you will have the option to create an account before placing your order.
For larger projects, getting in touch with our team through the contact page to discuss your needs, and we will create an account for you.
Accessing the control panel
Resetting your password
To reset your password, you must log in to the dashboard. Once you're logged in, just click on this link where you'll have that option available.
Changing your email address
To change of e-mail address, you must open a ticket requesting the change. This request must be sent from the email you signed up with.
How billing works
You can understand how billing works here. For accounts created on or after 10/16/2018, there is a change in how invoices are generated.

Canceling your services
To cancel your services or account, you must open a ticket with a cancelation request.
Cancellation requests must be sent from the email address of the account owner. You can find the email of the account owner by going to your dashboard's team page.
