Change the email address associated with your account


Changing the email associated with your account depends on your role.

If you're the account owner

To change of e-mail address, you must open a ticket requesting the change. This request must be sent from the email you signed up with.

If you're a team member

  1. Log into the Maxihost account.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on your initials and select Profile.
  3. Enter the new email address in the Email field and click Save.
  4. Use the new email address to log in going forward.
