Invoice settlement and due date

All accounts created after July 12, 2019, are due on the 1st of each month. Accounts created prior to that date have their due date equal to the account creation date.

Invoices are generated 10 days before their due date. For this reason, new services can be pro-rated.

What is a prorated invoice?

For the first invoice of a new service, we will charge the proportional monthly fee for the usage period, a prorated invoice. This means that you pay exactly for the number of days that you used the services. For that reason, the amount charged on that invoice may be different from the monthly fee.

Paypal and Credit card payments can take up to 20 minutes to be settled but usually take only a few seconds.
